Destiny Anderson has always dreamed of creating an enrichment center for teens, a vision that led her to found I See My Destiny Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering teenagers facing adversity. Born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida, Destiny later relocated to Orlando, FL where she attended the University of Central Florida and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work.
Driven by both her education and lived experiences, Destiny has built her career around youth advocacy and community service. She previously served as a Teen Director with the Boys & Girls Club, where she developed and led youth-focused initiatives, including the We Own Wednesdays program, designed to provide teens with hands-on experiences and exposure to support future career planning.

Destiny brings a strong blend of academic training, leadership, and hands-on experience to her work with young people. Her approach centers on meeting teens where they are while providing the support, guidance, and opportunities needed for long-term success. Through I See My Destiny Inc., Destiny remains committed to helping teens recognize their worth, build confidence, and understand that their destiny begins with them.

Her work is guided by a personal belief that continues to shape her mission: “If I can make a difference in the lives of teens while they are young, when they grow older, perhaps they will do the same for someone else.”
