Dana Bell has over 10 years of experience in nonprofit management and youth development. She began her career volunteering with Notre Dame Mission Volunteers in Apopka, supporting educational and community service programs. She later served with the YMCA of Central Florida as a Program Coordinator and Program Director for the YMCA Teen Achievers Program, helping students reach their educational and career goals. Dana also served as Universal Foundation Branch Director for the Boys & Girls Club of Central Florida, where she focused on empowering youth to become successful adults.

Currently, Dana serves as Vice President of Procurement & Emergency Management for The Desoto Group. A native of Orlando, Florida, she earned her bachelor’s degree from Bethune-Cookman University in 2012 and her master’s degree from Walden University in 2018. In her free time, Dana enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family.
